Deep Cleaning Services

Deep Cleaning Services are intensive, detail-oriented cleaning services designed to address accumulated dirt, grease, residue, and buildup beyond the scope of routine maintenance cleaning. This service is intended for properties that have not been professionally cleaned on a consistent basis or that require a higher level of attention due to extended use, prior neglect, tenant turnover, or preparatory cleaning before ongoing maintenance service begins.

Deep Cleaning Services are labor-intensive and time-based. The service focuses on detailed surface cleaning and buildup reduction but does not constitute restoration, remediation, or repair services.

Kitchen Deep Cleaning Scope

Kitchen deep cleaning includes detailed cleaning of countertops, sinks, faucets, backsplashes, cabinet exteriors, appliance exteriors, and stovetops. Interior cleaning of ovens, refrigerators, microwaves, and cabinets is included only when specifically listed in the service agreement. Grease and residue buildup are reduced to the extent reasonably achievable without causing damage to surfaces. Floors are swept and mopped with focused attention to edges and corners.

Permanent stains, discoloration, damaged finishes, and heavy grease saturation embedded in porous surfaces are not guaranteed to be fully removable.

Bathroom Deep Cleaning Scope

Bathrooms receive intensive cleaning of toilets, tubs, showers, sinks, faucets, mirrors, tile, and accessible grout. Soap scum, mineral deposits, and residue are treated using professional-grade products and methods. Cabinet exteriors and fixtures are cleaned. Floors receive detailed sweeping and mopping.

Mold remediation, grout recoloring, caulking, rust removal beyond surface treatment, and biohazard cleanup are excluded unless separately contracted.

Bedrooms, Living Areas, and Common Spaces

Deep cleaning of bedrooms and common areas includes detailed dusting of baseboards, window sills, door frames, vents, fixtures, furniture, and other accessible surfaces. Floors are vacuumed and mopped with attention to edges and corners. Interior windows are cleaned where safely reachable. Light wall spot cleaning is performed for visible marks.

Organizing, decluttering, and moving heavy furniture are excluded.

General Deep Cleaning Inclusions

  • Detailed cleaning of baseboards and trim

  • Dusting of vents and light fixtures (within reach)

  • Focused attention to corners, edges, and buildup areas

  • Interior window cleaning (reachable only)

  • Trash removal where receptacles are accessible

Service Limitations and Exclusions

Deep Cleaning Services do not include restoration, remediation, or hazardous cleaning services. The following are excluded unless separately agreed upon in writing:

  • Mold remediation or biohazard cleanup

  • Construction or post-renovation debris

  • Carpet shampooing or steam extraction

  • Exterior window cleaning

  • Moving or lifting heavy furniture or appliances

  • Wall washing beyond light spot treatment

Results may vary based on surface material, age, condition, and prior maintenance. No guarantee is made that all stains, odors, or buildup will be completely removed.

Property Condition and Reclassification

The client acknowledges that Deep Cleaning Services are designed to improve cleanliness but not restore damaged or heavily deteriorated surfaces. If conditions exceed reasonable deep cleaning standards, the service provider reserves the right to limit service, halt work for safety reasons, or recommend additional services at an adjusted rate.

Utility and Access Requirements

The property must have functional electricity, water, and reasonable access at the scheduled service time. Pets must be secured, and access instructions must be accurate and provided in advance. Failure to meet these conditions may result in reduced service, rescheduling, or cancellation fees.

Relationship to Ongoing Service

Deep Cleaning Services are typically required for first-time clients or properties that have not received professional maintenance cleaning. Once completed, the property may qualify for Standard Residential Cleaning Services on a recurring schedule.
