1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Elevate Cleaning Services website or engaging our cleaning services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the Site and Services.
2. Services Provided
Elevate Cleaning Services provides residential and multifamily cleaning services, including but not limited to:

Move-out and make-ready cleaning

Apartment turnover cleaning
-
Common area cleaning
-
Light post-maintenance cleaning
Service offerings may be updated at any time.
3. Scheduling & Cancellations
3.1 Scheduling
Service appointments must be scheduled and confirmed through phone, email, or an authorized vendor portal. Elevate Cleaning Services reserves the right to adjust scheduling based on availability and staffing.
3.2 Cancellations
Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
To ensure accurate documentation, all cancellations must be finalized through a written cancellation form provided by Elevate Cleaning Services.
Phone calls, texts, or emails do not constitute a completed cancellation until the required written form is submitted.
Cancellation Fee & Deposit Forfeiture

Cancellations submitted more than 24 hours before the appointment will receive a full deposit refund.

Cancellations submitted within 24 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Failure to submit the required cancellation form may result in the appointment being treated as active and may incur additional charges.
Elevate Cleaning Services may restrict scheduling privileges for clients with repeated last-minute cancellations.
4. Pricing & Payments
4.1 Pricing
Pricing is determined by unit size, condition, scope of work, and time requirements. Quotes are estimates and may be adjusted if actual property conditions differ from the information provided at booking.
4.2 Payment Terms
Invoices are due according to agreed-upon terms (e.g., immediate payment, Net 15, Net 30).
Late payments may incur additional fees.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Provide accurate property information

Ensure safe access to the unit at the scheduled time

Remove personal belongings and obstructions as needed

Ensure utilities (water and electricity) remain active during service
Elevate Cleaning Services is not responsible for incomplete or delayed service due to lack of access, inactive utilities, or unsafe property conditions.
6. Satisfaction & Quality Assurance
Service-related concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
Elevate Cleaning Services will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve any concerns.
7. Property Damage & Liability
Elevate Cleaning Services is insured and takes reasonable precautions to prevent damage. However, we are not liable for:

Pre-existing damage

Structural issues or unstable fixtures

Damage caused by unsafe or unmaintained property conditions
Claims must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of service completion.
8. Website Use
Users agree not to:

Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or Site

Use the Site for illegal or harmful activities

Copy or reuse Site content without written permission
Site content may change without notice.
9. Privacy Policy
Any information submitted through our Site, scheduling tools, or communication channels is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Site or Services, you consent to that policy.
10. Termination of Services
Elevate Cleaning Services may refuse, suspend, or terminate services for reasons including:

Unsafe property conditions

Non-payment or delinquent accounts

Harassment or misconduct toward staff

Repeated last-minute cancellations

Misrepresentation of service needs or property condition
11. Modifications to Terms
Elevate Cleaning Services may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site or Services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Deposits & Scheduling Confirmation
To secure an appointment, clients are required to pay a 30% deposit at the time of scheduling.
The deposit is collected before any service is performed and is applied to the final invoice total.
No appointment is considered confirmed until the deposit is received.
13.1 Deposit Refund Policy

Deposits are fully refundable if the required cancellation form is submitted more than 24 hours before the appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations submitted within 24 hours of the appointment.

If Elevate Cleaning Services cancels or reschedules, the deposit will be refunded in full or applied to a rescheduled date.
13.2 Exceptions for Property Management Companies
Approved property management companies may have the deposit waived after completing an initial paid project or after establishing consistent, timely payment terms (e.g., Net 15 / Net 30).
