Recurring Housekeeping Services

Recurring Housekeeping Services are scheduled, ongoing residential cleaning services performed on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis for occupied homes that are maintained in clean, serviceable condition. These services are designed to preserve cleanliness between visits through routine maintenance tasks and are not intended to replace deep cleaning, restoration, or corrective services.

Recurring Housekeeping is provided only after an initial qualifying service, which may include a deep cleaning or move-in/move-out cleaning, as determined by the service provider.

  • Routine kitchen and bathroom maintenance

  • Surface dusting and wipe-downs

  • Floor vacuuming and mopping

  • Trash removal

  • Light organization (surface level only)

Service Frequency Options

Clients may select one of the following recurring schedules:

  • Weekly

  • Bi-Weekly

  • Monthly

Pricing and service time are based on the selected frequency. Missed or skipped visits may require service reclassification or pricing adjustment.

Scope of Recurring Housekeeping

Recurring services include surface-level and maintenance cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, dining areas, hallways, and common spaces. Tasks include dusting accessible surfaces, wiping countertops, cleaning sinks and fixtures, cleaning exterior appliance surfaces, vacuuming carpets, sweeping and mopping floors, and removing trash where receptacles are accessible.

Services are limited to areas that are safe, accessible, and free of excessive clutter. Cleaning does not include interior appliance cleaning, interior cabinets, interior windows, wall washing, heavy buildup removal, or moving furniture or personal belongings.

Condition Maintenance Requirement

The client agrees to maintain the property between visits in a condition consistent with recurring service standards. Excessive buildup, neglect, or changes in occupancy or usage may prevent completion of services within the scheduled time and may require reclassification to deep cleaning or additional charges.

Add-On Services

The following services are available as optional add-ons when requested in advance and approved in writing:

  • Interior appliance cleaning

  • Interior cabinet cleaning

  • Linen changes

  • Interior window cleaning

  • Detail baseboard cleaning

Add-on services are billed separately and are not included in standard recurring housekeeping.

Schedule Changes and Missed Appointments

Skipped, rescheduled, or missed visits disrupt the recurring service model and may result in:

  • Loss of discounted recurring rates

  • Reclassification of the next visit

  • Additional charges due to increased cleaning time

Clients must provide advance notice per the service agreement to avoid penalties.

Access, Utilities, and Safety

The client must provide reliable access, operational water and electricity, and a safe working environment. Pets must be secured during service. Unsafe or unsanitary conditions may result in service suspension without refund.

Quality Standard and Limitations

Recurring Housekeeping Services are maintenance services only. The service provider does not guarantee the removal of stains, odors, or permanent marks. Results may vary depending on property condition, materials, and compliance with maintenance requirements.

Termination and Modification

Recurring services may be paused, modified, or terminated by either party in accordance with the notice requirements outlined in the service agreement. Pricing and scope are subject to adjustment if service conditions materially change.
