Standard Residential Cleaning Services

Standard Residential Cleaning Services are routine maintenance cleaning services intended to preserve the general cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance of an occupied residential property that is in reasonably maintained condition at the time of service. This service is not designed to address heavy soil, accumulated grease, neglect, restoration-level cleaning, or conditions requiring specialized labor, equipment, or extended time.

Services are performed only in areas that are safely accessible, free of excessive clutter, and do not require moving heavy furniture, appliances, or personal belongings. Cleaning is limited to visible and reachable surfaces and does not include disassembly, removal, or manipulation of fixtures, appliances, or structural components. Somme of which includes:

Bathroom cleaning and sanitizing
Mirror and interior glass cleaning
Dusting of accessible surfaces
Light switch and door handle wipe-down
Floor cleaning (vacuuming and mopping)
Baseboard dusting (accessible areas)
Trash removal

Bathroom Cleaning Scope

Bathrooms are cleaned and sanitized at the surface level, including toilets, sinks, faucets, countertops, mirrors, tubs, showers, and accessible tile. Cabinet exteriors are wiped. Floors are swept and mopped. Mold removal, hard water scale removal, rust treatment, grout restoration, and biohazard cleanup are not included. Any condition requiring abrasive, chemical-intensive, or restoration-level treatment is excluded.

Bedrooms, Living Areas, and Common Spaces

Bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms, hallways, and other common areas receive dusting of accessible surfaces, furniture, baseboards, and fixtures within reach. Floors are vacuumed or swept and mopped as applicable. Beds may be made using existing linens if requested; linen changing is not included unless specifically agreed upon. Organizing services are limited to light straightening only and do not include decluttering, sorting, or storage decisions.

General Service Limitations

Cleaning is performed only in areas that are safe to access without ladders, scaffolding, or specialized equipment. Walls are spot cleaned only for minor marks and visible smudges; full wall washing is excluded. Windows are cleaned on the interior surface only where reachable and only if specifically included; exterior windows are excluded. The service does not include laundry, dishwashing, pet waste removal, pest-related cleaning, construction debris, hazardous materials, bodily fluids, or any condition presenting a health or safety risk.

Property Condition Requirement

The client acknowledges that the quality and completeness of Standard Residential Cleaning Services depend on the condition of the property at the time of service. Excessive clutter, neglect, or buildup may prevent completion of all tasks within the allotted service window. In such cases, the service provider reserves the right to limit services to maintain safety, reclassify the service as a deep cleaning, or recommend additional services at an adjusted rate.

Utility and Access Requirements

The property must have functional electricity, water, and reasonable access at the scheduled service time. Pets must be secured, and access instructions must be accurate and provided in advance. Failure to meet these conditions may result in reduced service, rescheduling, or cancellation fees.
